Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server Test to join our vibrant food service team! In this role, you will be the backbone of ensuring exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding service, managing orders efficiently, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Responsibilities

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct transactions.
• Provide friendly, attentive guest service by answering questions about menu items, making recommendations, and upselling to enhance the dining experience.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision, maintaining proper cash handling procedures and balancing registers at shift end.
• Assist with food preparation, food handling, sanitation, and kitchen support to ensure all health and safety standards are met.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements using OpenTable or similar reservation management tools to optimize guest flow.
• Support bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and maintaining a clean dining environment in accordance with sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy nights or special events such as nightclub nights or private parties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to handle guest relations professionally.
• Culinary experience or background in food preparation enhances your ability to assist guests effectively.
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order processing accurately.
• Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or cashiering is desirable.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed in a lively nightclub or restaurant setting. Pay: $7.25 - $35.00 per hour
