Server / Waiter / Waitress

Starting at $2.50 per hour, plus tips. Estimated $850-$1600 a week in tips.

WE ARE OPEN YEAR ROUND!! Servers must be able to work any day from 3:30pm-10pm.

Current Restaurant Hours are :

Monday 4:30–9PM
Tuesday 4:30–9PM
Wednesday 4:30–9PM
Thursday 4:30–9PM
Friday 4:30–10PM
Saturday 4:30–10PM
Sunday 4:30–9PM

All wait staff are scheduled to come in between 30 min's to an hour before opening to make sure everything is clean, tables are set up, and all pre-req's are done and approximately 30 min's to an hour after closing to make sure their sections are clean and ready for the next day.

We are looking for a Friendly and attentive Servers. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attend to customers upon entrance
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Take and serve orders
• Answer questions or make recommendations for our Signature Dishes

*Collaborate with other restaurant servers, kitchen and bar staff

• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment

Requirements

• At least 1 year proven experience as a Full Service Waiter/Waitress at a Full Service Sit Down Restaurant.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
• High school diploma is a plus but not required
