Server/Barista

Lucky's Café in Tremont is a nationally recognized, fast-paced restaurant known for its unique approach to sustainability and the farm-to-table concept. We are looking to add to our team an experienced, passionate, hard-working server.

Requirements:

• Part or full time position
• Must be available on Saturdays and Sundays.
• A keen eye for detail as well as a cool, calm, and collected attitude.

Preferred: Previous industry experience in a high-volume restaurant

The candidate will be expected to:

• Deliver consistent, made from scratch product in a timely manner
• Exercise fair judgment, honesty, and ethical problem solving
• Communicate clearly with coworkers in order to promote a healthy work environment

The job:
This position is part or full time. You may be expected to open and close the cafe, prepare exceptional coffee and espresso drinks, greet customers, take orders, run food, bus tables, keep the dining room spotless, package retail, unpacking and stocking of deliveries, and represent Lucky's mission.

Compensation varies as this is a tipped based position.
