Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, maintaining high quality standards.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments swiftly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations throughout your shift.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer concerns promptly.
• Uphold all food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices, especially in a fine dining or nightclub setting.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by engaging with guests, upselling menu items, and creating a welcoming environment.
• Assist with catering or banquet events as needed, providing attentive service in various hospitality settings.
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service while maintaining attention to detail.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, including restaurant experience or nightclub bartending.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and tab management.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations.
• Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus for supporting special events.
• Effective time management skills to handle fast-paced environments efficiently.
