Position Overview

Our bartenders are held to high standards of professionalism, efficiency, and hospitality. This is not a “just pour drinks” position we are looking for individuals who understand elevated service, maintain strong attention to detail, and create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and accuracy
• Deliver exceptional guest service with a warm, polished, and professional demeanor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
• Handle cash and POS (Toast) transactions accurately
• Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Collaborate with management and team members to maintain a high-end atmosphere
• Uphold company standards for presentation, cleanliness, and guest engagement

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of bartending experience required
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler's/TABC certifications
