Server/Bartender

The Still Bar & Grill is hiring a Server/Bartender to join our well-established bar & grill. We offer consistent customer volume year-round, supported by weekly food specials, regular events, and a loyal local customer base. Summer is our busiest season, but servers and bartenders here earn good tips in every season.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area
• Process payments using POS system
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

• Previous server or bartender experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Must meet Wisconsin alcohol service requirements
