Server/bartender

IWingz is a fast-growing Salem favorite known for our wings, bold flavors, fun atmosphere, and community-centered events. We’re expanding our team and looking for outgoing, reliable people who love great food, high energy, and taking care of customers.

Position: Bartender / ServerWhat We’re Looking For

• Friendly, upbeat, customer-focused attitude
• Strong multitasking skills — you can handle drinks, food orders & tables smoothly
• Reliability (showing up on time and ready to work)
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and coworkers
• Someone who enjoys a fun, fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails (we’re willing to train the right person)
• OLCC + Food Handlers (or willing to obtain quickly)

Job Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and creating a welcoming environment
• Taking food & drink orders accurately
• Making cocktails, pouring beer, and managing the bar area
• Running food, checking on tables, and keeping drinks full
• Handling cash/credit transactions
• Maintaining a clean, organized bar and dining area
• Assisting with events, specials, and promos (Bingo Nights, Trivia, etc.)
• Working as part of a small team to keep service smooth and fast

Pay

Hourly base + tips
