Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy in orders.
• Handle cash transactions using the POS system and cash register efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Assist with banquet or catering events as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest health and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with a focus on customer service in hospitality settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and brewing techniques is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to multitask, remain organized, and manage time efficiently during busy periods.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to providing excellent service are crucial for success in this role.
