Server/Bartender

Overview:

St. Helens is looking for an energetic and skilled Server to join our team!

Must be 21+

Prior bartending experience is a plus!

We’re searching for someone with exceptional guest service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service.

• Take guest orders accurately using a POS system.

• Carry a tray to run food efficiently.

• Stand for 6-8 hours per shift.

• Complete all side work duties before clocking out.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and guest preferences.

• Provide recommendations on menu items, ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, including food pairings and specialty cocktails.

• Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

• Work closely with the kitchen team to enhance the guest experience.

• Keep the bar and serving area clean and organized, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.

• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a server or bartending role (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation, and food safety practices.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
