Server/Bartender

Overview
We’re on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Servers & Bartenders to join our lively hospitality team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through excellent service and a welcoming attitude. Whether taking orders at the bar or serving tables, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our guests feel valued and cared for. The perfect candidate is passionate about hospitality, skilled in multitasking, and eager to bring positive energy to every shift.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work station.
• Engage with guests to provide recommendations, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate special requests.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability.
• Maintain food safety standards by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down bar & dining areas
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, including catering events or retail service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or retail math is highly preferred.
• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing sales reports.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
