Server/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist with ordering when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Adhere to food safety and handling regulations while preparing drinks and snacks.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Utilize OpenTable or similar systems for managing reservations and guest seating when applicable.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining basic math skills for tab calculations.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and culinary practices is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and tab calculations.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older as per legal requirements for serving alcohol.

Pay: $12.00 - $35.00 per hour
