Server/Bartender

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change
• Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tables, bar stations, and service equipment in compliance with health regulations
• Assist with catering events and banquets by setting up, serving, and clearing tables or bar areas as needed
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar patrons simultaneously without compromising service quality
• Upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities while providing detailed descriptions to guests
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is not required, but preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques necessary for maintaining health compliance
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced environments
• Experience in brewing or hospitality industries is advantageous but not mandatory
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining excellent service standards
