Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Whether taking orders at the bar or serving in the dining area, you’ll play a key role in delivering a top-tier food and beverage experience that keeps our guests coming back for more.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise transactions
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, with professionalism and flair
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments efficiently
• Assist with food service duties during busy periods, including serving food promptly and checking on guest satisfaction
• Support catering, banquet, or nightclub events by providing exceptional service in fast-paced environments
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to balance multiple tables or bar stations seamlessly while maintaining high-quality service

Requirements

• Proven experience as a server or bartender in a restaurant, fine dining establishment, nightclub, or banquet setting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process sales efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts in fast-paced environments
• Experience with food industry standards including serving alcohol responsibly and understanding beverage menus
• Knowledge of brewing processes or hospitality industry trends is a plus but not required
