Server/Bartender

Duties

• Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise transactions.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their dining experience.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously, demonstrating effective time management in a busy setting.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Assist with catering, banquet events, or nightclub service as needed to support various hospitality functions.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife environments such as nightclubs or banquet settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems like SpotOn is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and processing transactions accurately.
• Experience in brewing or hospitality industries is a plus; however, a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
