Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our vibrant restaurant team. In this role, you will create memorable experiences for guests by delivering exceptional service, expertly serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions with precision, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Ensure food safety, proper food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service are followed at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces in accordance with health regulations.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours.

Skills

• Proven experience in recent bar & restaurant work.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with other staff and guests.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $12.15 per hour
