Position Overview

We’re looking for energetic, outgoing Servers & Bartenders to join our Dos Banderas family! If you love hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring a positive, team-first attitude — we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver warm, friendly service to every guest
• Guide guests through the menu, including food, margaritas, and specials
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items and bar offerings
• Accurately take and deliver orders
• Serve food and beverages, including beer, wine, and cocktails
• Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere with a dynamic personality
• Work closely with teammates to keep service running smoothly
• Process payments accurately and responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow all alcohol service, safety, and sanitation guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Dynamic, engaging personality with a passion for hospitality
• Team player who supports coworkers and jumps in when needed
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay upbeat and professional in a busy environment
• Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred, but not required - POS experience, Toast preferred but not required
• Must meet legal age requirements and hold (or obtain) TABC & Food Handler certifications

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2.13 - $4.00 per hour
