Server/Bartender

Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register or POS system - Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase sales - Monitor customer behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere - Collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent customer service Experience: - Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of basic math for calculating bills and making change - Strong hospitality skills, including the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and drink recipes - Experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is a plus We offer competitive pay based on experience, as well as opportunities for tips.
