Compensation: $12.14 per hour + tips

Position Summary

We are seeking a versatile Server/Bartender to provide outstanding service both on the floor and behind the bar. This role combines serving responsibilities with bartending duties, ensuring a high-quality experience for all members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide table service including taking orders and delivering food and beverages
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and standards
• Engage with guests at the bar and in dining areas to create a welcoming environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
• Manage bar inventory, restocking, and supplies as needed
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to all state and local alcohol service regulations

Qualifications

• Previous serving and bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of standard drink recipes and bar operations
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service in Colorado
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $12.14 per hour
