Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server to join our team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience. As a server/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing inventory, and providing outstanding hospitality to our patrons.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent service and build rapport, enhancing their overall experience.
• Upsell drinks and menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning countertops.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
• Utilize POS system for processing orders efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a server/Bartender or in a similar role within the food service industry is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills with experience operating cash registers or POS systems.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
• Exceptional guest relations abilities with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
