Server/Bartender

Job Description: We are seeking one server with bartender experience to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional service. The server/bartender role requires versatility as you will be responsible for both serving tables and tending bar.

Responsibilities for Server/Bartender:

• Previous Country Club experience preferred
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences
• Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations and laws
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Server/Bartender
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Must be of legal drinking age and hold any required certifications
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
