Position Overview:
The Server/Bartender will be a vital part of the Gas Monkey Sturgis experience, ensuring guests have a great time while juggling multiple roles. You’ll be behind the bar mixing killer drinks one moment and serving guests at their tables the next. Plus, you’ll take the lead on selling our iconic Gas Monkey merchandise, making sure guests leave with something memorable. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves interacting with customers, and knows how to hustle.

Key Responsibilities:
Crushing it as a Server/Bartender at Gas Monkey Sturgis includes but are not limited to:

• Deliver exceptional service, or taking orders at the table.
• Multi-task like a boss—handle drink orders, serve food, and keep the energy going on busy shifts.
• Sell Gas Monkey merchandise with enthusiasm, helping guests find the perfect swag to take home.
• Keep the restaurant area clean, organized, and stocked, ensuring you’re ready for the next rush.
• Collaborate with the team to create a high-energy, fun environment that keeps customers coming back for more.

Key Qualifications:

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (especially in fast-paced settings).
• Energetic and approachable with excellent communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and ready to work long days in a festival-like atmosphere.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 30 lbs.
