Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our Evviva Family! In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest has a memorable experience, whether they are enjoying a casual meal, celebrating a special occasion, or unwinding at the bar. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and bar surfaces in compliance with food safety standards
• Engage with guests to promote menu items, upsell specials, and enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Follow all food handling procedures, alcohol service regulations, and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant is highly desirable
• Familiarity with Toast POS for order processing and sales tracking
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar guests efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a lively hospitality environment
