Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders for food and drinks, offering recommendations when appropriate
• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all safety and quality standards
• Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining a clean and organized work station
• Monitor guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests with a positive attitude
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts to ensure cleanliness and readiness for service

Experience

• Previous experience as a server or bartender is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are most important
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of standard drink recipes, alcohol laws, and responsible service practices is a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support busy service times
