Server/Bartender

Job Summary

A private, members-only club located in the scenic hills of Andover, NJ. We pride ourselves on offering a refined and welcoming atmosphere with exceptional service, cuisine, and attention to detail. We are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Server/Bartender to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for providing à la carte and buffet-style service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Responsibilities of Dual Server/Bartender

• Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally in a variety of formats (à la carte and buffet).
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menu offerings and daily specials.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other front-of-house staff for smooth service flow.
• Set up and break down dining areas and bar as needed.
• Physically capable of lifting and transporting products from buildings
• Willing to assist with cleaning kitchen, dining room and other workplace areas
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service and bartending, preferably with fine dining.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy periods
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events such as catering or banquets
• Previous experience in serving alcohol responsibly in a licensed venue is highly desirable
• Knowledge with liquor requisitions

Scheduling:

· Weekdays and Weekend availability

· Shift times include

o 7am-3pm

o 10am-3pm

o 3pm-10pm

o 10am-10pm

· Seasonal staff accepted: April-June & September- November

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
