Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, providing detailed descriptions of food and drink options.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly during busy hours or events like banquets or catering functions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Uphold all food handling and safety standards while serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment such as nightclubs or restaurants.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing accuracy, and retail math calculations.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift supplies as needed, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
