Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Server/Bartender with High Energy and a Sense of Urgency for a Fast-Paced Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, possess strong bartending skills, and be well-versed in food and beverage operations within fast-paced environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with diverse clientele while showcasing your mixology talents and hospitality expertise.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring excellent customer service throughout their visit.
  • Manage cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions with precision, including basic math and retail math skills.
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations, including proper food handling and food safety procedures.
  • Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff for catering events, banquets, or nightclub service to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and monitor guest consumption to promote safety.
  • Assist in setting up bar areas for special events or nightclubs, ensuring all equipment is operational and ready for service.

Skills

  • Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally in various settings including fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet events.
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments; experience in food handling, serving, catering, or retail math is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.
  • Experience working in the food industry or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with brewing or beverage preparation is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a personable demeanor suitable for diverse clientele including <PERSON>. This position offers an engaging work environment where your hospitality skills can shine while ensuring guests enjoy memorable experiences.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
