Server/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Servers/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients; assist in ordering as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
• Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions.
• Assist in training new staff members on bar operations.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Knowledge of food handling and food safety practices.
• Experience in brewing or crafting specialty drinks is a plus.
• Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales skills to promote drink specials and enhance guest experiences.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions efficiently.
• Previous experience in a nightclub or bar setting is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $6.38 - $10.00 per hour
