Overview:
We are hiring Servers and Bartenders to join our dynamic hospitality team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable experience in our restaurant. Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to our guests in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu, including our extensive cocktail and wine lists.
- Provide attentive and friendly service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience meets our high standards.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to our high standards for food safety and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and minimize delays.
- Participate in pre-shift meetings to discuss menu offerings, specials, and promotions.
- Upsell and promote our menu items and special deals to increase sales.
- Manage the flow of guests in the bar area, ensuring efficient service and minimizing wait times.
- Assist with banquet and catering events, providing exceptional service to our clients and their guests.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is essential.
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fine dining setting is highly desirable.
- Experience in a nightclub or high-volume restaurant environment is also valued.
- Experience with food safety and handling procedures is required.
- Experience with cash handling and credit transactions is essential.
- Experience with sales and upselling is highly valued.
- Experience in banquet and catering events is a significant advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
