New Concept Coming to Mountain Brook Village! Join our dynamic team as a Server/Bartender and bring your passion for hospitality to life! In this energetic role, you will create memorable experiences for guests by providing exceptional bar food and beverage service in a lively environment to increase your tips!. Whether you're mixing cocktails, serving delicious meals, or engaging with patrons, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS!
  • The Hours of Operation are Monday thru Friday 3pm- 10pm, Saturday-Sunday 10am-10pm.
  • Greet guests warmly and efficiently take food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
  • Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Serve food promptly and accurately, maintaining high standards of food safety and proper handling procedures.
  • Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately during shifts, including processing payments and giving correct change.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their experience through attentive service, upselling menu items, and addressing any special requests or concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members during busy nights or events such as private parties or live band functions to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills

  • Experience in food service or hospitality roles is good but a happy disposition and great attitude is better!
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests.
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
  • If you don't have, you will have to get a Jefferson County Server's Certificate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2.13 - $5.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
