Server/Bartender

We are seeking both skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders and Servers to add to our team! The ideal bartender should have avaialbility from 10 am-3:30 pm Tuesday-Friday with the option of weekends. The server position should have flexible avaialbility and preferably weekends.

The ideal candidates will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing excellent guest relations. As a Server, you will be responsible for following our steps of service, maintaining a positive attitude, and following checklists pertaining to closing and opening the restaurant. These roles require creativity, efficiency, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities pertaining to both bartending and serving:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the resturant, including pre-busing tables and cleaning surfaces.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
• Handle cash register duties, including processing payments and managing cash flow.
• Assist with food preparation as needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods.
• Promote drink specials and upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
• Build rapport with guests to foster repeat business through excellent guest relations.

Experience:

• Previous bartending or serving experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
