Server/Bartender

Recreo Cantina is hiring hybrid Server/Bartenders who can confidently work both the floor and behind the bar.

This is not an “order taker” role. We are an elevated Mexican cantina with a high-energy environment, strong cocktail program, and a heavy focus on tequila and mezcal. We’re looking for people who can control a section, command a bar top, and deliver a complete guest experience from start to finish.

If you can move with urgency, stay organized under pressure, and still make guests feel taken care of, you’ll fit here.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years experience serving and/or bartending in a full-service restaurant
• Strong cocktail knowledge (agave spirits knowledge is a major plus)
• Ability to handle both high-volume service and detailed guest interactions
• Comfortable working behind the bar and on the floor as needed
• Team-oriented mindset with high accountability
• Weekend (Sunday) and night availability required

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Delivering polished, attentive service in both server and bartender roles
• Preparing and executing cocktails with consistency and speed
• Educating guests on food, tequila, and cocktail offerings
• Managing full sections and/or bar guests with strong pacing and control
• Following Arizona liquor laws, ID checks, and responsible service standards
• Maintaining a clean, organized bar and service area
