Duties

  • Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Handle food and beverage delivery with precision, ensuring timely service during busy periods such as nightlife hours or banquet events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently.
  • Support catering events or nightclub functions by serving guests in a professional manner while managing multiple tables or bar stations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub exposure.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with retail math or restaurant math is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
  • Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions.
  • Previous banquet experience or catering background is advantageous but not required.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment that celebrates hospitality and brewing cultures.
