Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly preparing and serving food and beverages. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen or bar.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and proper food handling procedures.
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and processing payments securely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including bar areas and dining spaces, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities through friendly recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy nights or events like banquets or nightclub gatherings.

Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining, banquet settings, or nightclubs, is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that engages guests positively.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety.
  • Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service.
  • Experience with catering or retail math is a plus; familiarity with brewing or hospitality industry standards is beneficial.
