Server/Bartender

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

- Maintain a clean and organized bar and work area

- Check identification to verify legal drinking age

- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

- Handle cash transactions and operate all POS systems

- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for catering events

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role

- Knowledge of Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with diverse clientele

- Proficient in handling cash transactions and operating a cash register

- Familiarity with bartending techniques and drink recipes

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Basic math skills for retail calculations and handling money accurately

- Understanding of hospitality industry standards and practices

- Must 2+ Years of working experience
