Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server and Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional guest relations skills, ensuring that every customer has a memorable experience. As a member of our team you will be responsible for preparing, serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, as well as dining area, assisting in writing KENO Tickets and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
• Engage with guests to provide exceptional service, taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service practices are followed.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while adhering to all cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with TOAST POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
• Accept feedback from managers
• Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work day-time hours, as well as nights and weekends.
