Server/Bartender

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a dependable and pleasant, skilled and customer-oriented Bartender / Server /Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as selling and serving our full food menu. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.

```Duties```
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and prepare beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences and menu offerings
- Ensure accurate cash handling and process payments using the Aloha POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales

```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and beverage presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
