Responsibilities

• Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Serve food items promptly while providing attentive customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and processing payments securely.
• Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures throughout your shift.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, offering recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Assist with banquet or catering events when needed, supporting large groups with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math understanding for sales transactions, and accurate billing.
