Server/Bartender

Are you a team player who can handle multiple responsibilities at once? Retromania is looking for an individual who can work in a fast-paced environment to join our server and bartending team!

Role Description Summary:
The Server is responsible for ensuring the guest has a wonderful 80's dining experience and tells all their friends about the RAD service, food, and fun!

Duties:

• Welcome all guests
• Follows all steps of signature service
• Bartending
• Knowledgeable of bar drinks and food items
• Suggestively sells daily drink features and food
• Treats the guests as family. Anticipates guests needs
• Serve hot food hot and cold food cold
• Team player
• Maintains a clean and organized station
• Believes in SAFETY to protect the guests and other team members!Have fun!

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work varied shifts to include days and nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to close, work late, weekends including Sundays
• Enjoy interacting with families and children
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Enjoy having fun and talking about the 80's decade!
