Server/Bartender

Looking to hire an experienced server/bartender

This job requires weekend, evening, and holiday availability.
Will be responsible for:

• Knowledge of all menu items
• Greeting customers and taking orders
• Running drinks and food
• Communicating with kitchen staff
• Collecting and processing payments
• Pre-bussing all tables
• Daily assigned sidework
• Ensuring that every customer leaves happy

Duties:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry
- Previous experience bartending
- Strong knowledge of retail math and basic math skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
