Stonebridge Country Club is looking for energetic, dependable, and hospitality-driven Servers and Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team. As several of our current employees prepare to return to school, we're looking to add great people who enjoy providing exceptional service in a private country club setting.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to our members and their guests.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system.
• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and specialty beverages (bartenders).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Work closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure timely service.
• Anticipate member needs and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Accurately handle member charges and payments.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Assist with private events, golf outings, weddings, and member functions throughout the year.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous serving or bartending experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude.
• Weekend and evening availability is highly preferred.
• Ability to remain professional while providing personalized service to our members.
