Server/Bartender: +21 years of age

Upscale bar serving craft beer, wines and hand-made cocktails, martinis, mules, etc.... Fun and friendly environment to work in. We are seeking a bartender server that can engage customers, multi-task and can pitch-in with anything else needed (cleaning, stocking, washing glasses)

Flexible make-your-own monthly part-time work schedule. Ideally looking for someone that can work weekdays 2:30-10pm Wed-Fri. and weekend and shifts. Would be a good position fit for a person looking to add 5-6 days a month to supplemental their income.

Pay is Base Rate + Cash & Credit Tips

Looking for staff that can work Wed-Friday 2:30-10pm, Saturday 11:30-11pm (2 shift options), Sundays 11:30-6pm

JOB OVERVIEW:
- Mix and serve variety of cocktails, martinis, mules, craft beers and wines. (We have an extensive menu, but backed by detailed how-to-mix/serve booklets)
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using a cash register or POS system
- Stocking of bar and supplies
- Opening & closing procedures for shifts assigned
- Ensures a clean environment for customers and bar / work area

MUST HAVES:

- 21 Years of age (required for serving & selling alcohol)
- Fun, friendly and attentive to customers
- Ability to multi-task and think ahead
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and handling cash transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date Basset license
- Physically able to stand for hours, carry 20 lbs., and walk stairs.

SKILLS WE WOULD LIKE, BUT WILL TRAIN!
- Familiarity with food service regulations and safety.
- Knowledge of beer, wine and mixed cocktails.
