Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic servers and bartenders to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of the food industry.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy of orders.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any guest concerns.
• Process payments efficiently while adhering to restaurant policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
• Participate in banquet services as required, assisting with setup and breakdown of events.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations within the restaurant.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in restaurants is required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Experience in barista work is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
