Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation and plating for kitchen staff when needed, supporting smooth kitchen operations
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality service
- Support catering, banquet events, or nightclub functions by serving guests promptly and professionally
- Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality in all offerings
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Experience with serving, bartending, or cooking roles within the food industry is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, basic math skills for retail math and cash handling, and hospitality best practices are essential
- Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required
- Strong time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
