Server/Bartender/Host

Are you passionate about craft beer and exceptional service? Mountains Walking Brewery is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our vibrant team in beautiful Bozeman, Montana. We are looking for someone with serving experience who will work both serving and hosting shifts.

Preference for open availability, but MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKEND EVENINGS. MUST BE AVAILABLE ON HOLIDAYS (less Christmas Day and Thanksgiving) AND DURING THE SUMMER. MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE SUMMER.

Position Overview: This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your talent in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and transition into a relief management position as you grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Efficiently great, seat, serve food and beverages, with a focus on our extensive beer selection.
• Ensuring quality service and adherence to our standards.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere, celebrating the unique culture of Mountains Walking Brewery.
• Woking on holidays and weekends. Be prepared to be here over Thanksgiving week (closed Thanksgiving Day) and Winter Break (closed Christmas Day).

Qualifications:

• A REQUIRED Minimum of 3 years of high-volume serving experience, preferably in a fast-paced or fine dining setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must obtain a valid Montana alcohol server certification prior to the first shift.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay: Minimum wage plus gratuity for serving and bartending; $14 per hour plus gratuity for hosting shifts.
• Enjoy a shift meal during your hosting shifts and a complimentary shift drink with every shift.
• After two weeks of employment, receive a weekly growler fill as a token of our appreciation!
• Scheduling: 4-5 shifts per week, must be available weekend evenings.

Training: Training will consist of four shifts plus and in depth 1 hour training with our head brewer allowing you to learn the ropes and become comfortable with our serving and bartending processes. Our supportive team will be there every step of the way.
