Server/busser

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Busser to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the dining experience to ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and experience in hospitality or food service environments. Prior restaurant, catering, or hotel experience is a plus but not required. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Clear tables and reset for new guests efficiently
• Buss tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping and wiping down surfaces
• Assist with food handling and basic kitchen support as needed
• Support catering events or special functions when required
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow
• Uphold sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with food handling procedures and restaurant operations is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential
• Experience with cleaning, bussing, serving, or hotel operations will be considered a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to team needs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $30.00 per hour
