Server/Cashier

The Cashier/Waiter is a dual-role team member responsible for delivering exceptional guest service both at the counter and on the floor. This position combines accurate cash handling with attentive table service, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Cashier Duties

• Greet guests warmly and process orders efficiently at the counter or POS system
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments with accuracy and integrity
• Issue receipts, manage refunds, and maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Monitor stock levels at the counter and communicate replenishment needs
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier station

Waiter Duties

• Take food and beverage orders at tables with professionalism and speed
• Serve orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
• Upsell menu items and promotions where appropriate
• Clear tables, reset for new guests, and support overall dining room cleanliness
• Communicate guest feedback or complaints to supervisors promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B service or cashiering preferred
• Basic math and POS system proficiency
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a guest-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
