Bread, Espresso & is a renowned bakery cafe brand in Japan, with 37 locations nationwide, and has just recently opened its first U.S. location in Redondo Beach, California this past January. We offer both take out and in-dining menu items, including variety of bread, pastry, sandwich, in-dining plates, and café beverage items. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our front-of-house team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Position Overview:
As a Server/Cashier, you will be the face of our café, ensuring that each guest feels valued and well-served. Your responsibilities will encompass taking orders, handling transactions, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service, and maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the dining area. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
• Accurately process orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, both in-store and over the phone.
• Package, serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
• Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
• Contribute to menu item suggestions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bakery café operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Organized, has an eye for detail.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
