We are a family-owned restaurant with multiple locations in Asheville, NC, and Greenville SC. We are searching for dynamic people to be a Server that is proficient in a high volume environment.

About Biscuit Head: With Multiple locations in Asheville, Biscuit Head is a fast-casual and fast paced breakfast/brunch restaurant who is passionate about quality, homemade food, and providing excellent customer service. We source as much of our products locally to support and show our community responsibility. Biscuit Head has been packed since day one and widely featured in the media including Bon Appetit, The New York Times, Food & Wine, Delicious Destinations with Andrew Zimmern, USA Today, Garden & Gun (We won best food 2023 with Al Roker as the judge), Paste, and Eater.com. We work hard, but always maintain a positive and fun work environment. Open 7 days a week for Breakfast and lunch with hours of operations from 8AM-2PM. Job Duties include:

• Setup, run and breakdown of Breakfast and lunch services.
• Has a passion for great food while having a genuine positive personality
• Follow sanitation and restaurant standards while being a great team player
• We cross train and mentor our employees
• Works fast, is organized and goal oriented
• Has a passion for great food
• Is available and willing to work early mornings (5am) and weekends
• Will maintain high standards of cleanliness, and follow all health code standards (FIFO)
• Self-motivated: All Cooks are part of the creative process in creating specials, butters, etc.
• We have a positive, supportive and fun work environment.
