Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Process cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Assist with food preparation, food safety, and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Clear tables promptly, bus tables as needed, and support kitchen staff with food handling or prep when required
• Manage reservations and guest relations using platforms like OpenTable to ensure smooth seating flow in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Answer phones

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, including serving, cashiering, or host/hostess roles
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling
• Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for supporting food prep or bussing tasks
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude
• Experience working in fine dining or nightclub environments is advantageous
• Speaking Spanish is preferred
