Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments with precision and integrity
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and resolving concerns promptly
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and expo team to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas and service stations
• Upsell menu items using effective sales techniques or suggestive selling strategies
• Buss tables efficiently, clear dishes, and reset tables quickly for new guests
• Uphold food safety practices including proper food handling and sanitation protocols

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Experience with food handling, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling is essential
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food industry terminology and restaurant operations beneficial
• Prior experience in serving, bussing, hosting or cashier roles enhances your fit for this position
